My survival kit is good?
I have a master of the jungle 14-inch 15-blade knife set I have I have a pocket knife pocket knife multipurpose opener, screwdriver, scissors, corkscrew, saw, etc. I have water purification tablets that have a compass that I have a whistle that I have several feet of wire that have lids that have matches guaranteed pull in a small plastic container to prevent wetting. I have a magnesium rod, which comes with a knife flint cotton balls I have candle wax that I have a pen What do you think I should add? In my for the list are: Multi-tool container of water steel (to carry water and hope that can boil water in it) Fishing hooks, lines and lures lighter Flairs My questions: What do you think of my survival kit to date? Not bad, but where are you thinking of getting lost in (or camping, not sure what you mean by the survival of here). If you go somewhere that potentially dangerous animals (bears, cougars, etc.) a handgun is good. That knife would be able to purge lead to death, but most likely you would be dead long before that (a stroke the leg can kill). If you are going to be somewhere with wildlife that may attack people, I suggest you carry a gun properly (for the bears, 44 Magnum works well well). I realized with a razor opener - maybe you should bring some canned food? And definitely bring a map. The compass is useless if you do not have a map for guidance. Flashlights with extra batteries are always useful (or you can shake a charge). I also learned from his pen ..... Does paper for what? Maybe you should get a journal. A fishing rod can go well with the gear, making one of a piece of wood is not as easy, if you do not have experience in that. Just get a fishing pole can be removed. Other than that, looks good.
