Graphite Fly Fishing
Material for rods, graphite or bamboo?
I got both, but lately I've been using more bamboo. I love how feel the cast. I just want to know what everyone thinks.
Definitely bamboo. It is the last scion of freshwater construction materials. It is lightweight and responsive graphite. It was an excellent power to fight the fish and the ability to cast large as fiberglass. It also has excellent adjustment capability hook. People tried to such diverse materials and techniques to put all those qualities in a fishing rod. So far, none of them succeed. That could leave fishing rod with a first synthetic qualities could double the bamboo rod without the high price of bamboo rod will go down in history (and millions of dollars VERY easily). It is a pity that there are so many quality suitable for the bamboo rod building and bamboo all quality are usually quite expensive. Extra care and routine maintenance are also required to bamboo. Apart from these, I have nothing bad to say about bamboo.
